Call for Awards Nominations

To be considered, nominations must be received by midnight on the evening of January 20, 2022. Self-nominations are welcomed and encouraged.

The Association for Writing Across the Curriculum and the WAC Clearinghouse are seeking nominations for awards that recognize contributions to the WAC community through scholarship and achievement.

Awardees will be recognized at the upcoming International Writing Across the Curriculum Conference (IWAC) in June 2023. Winners will receive an engraved plaque; winners will also be listed on the AWAC and WAC Clearinghouse websites and will receive a letter for their annual evaluation, promotion, and/or tenure files.

Awards will be made for authored books, edited collections, dissertations, and scholarly articles that address issues of concern to the WAC community. Awards will also be made for contributions to the field through distinguished service and innovation.
